I’m Amy Bevan, the founder of Zenithal Motion—a space for those ready to move beyond surface-level wellness and into deep, lasting transformation. My work is rooted in nervous system regulation, movement, and integrative health, blending science and self-exploration to help people reconnect with their bodies, heal from within, and create real change.
My journey here wasn’t linear. As a lifelong athlete and former nurse, I’ve experienced firsthand the toll that stress, trauma, and physical disconnection can take on both the body and mind. I’ve overcome my own struggles with chronic pain, body dysmorphia, and burnout, which led me to dive deep into breathwork, movement, and holistic health—not just as tools, but as essential pillars of healing.
Through 1:1 coaching, consultations, and immersive programs, I help people break free from chronic stress, inflammation, gut issues, and the patterns that keep them stuck.
